For those who have been forced to return to Japan due to the spread of COVID-19 in Europe, leaving their furniture and belongings behind in their apartments, or for those who have been ordered to return to Japan on short notice and do not have enough time to prepare before the moving date, we not only help with organizing and packing your moving belongings, but also, in cooperation with trusted partners, we have prepared a variety of new moving plans that include arranging cancellation procedures for apartment contracts and various public services, cleaning the apartment after you move out, and painting the walls (renovation) .

For those who have already returned to Japan, or those who have no plans to return home after their temporary return to Japan, we can arrange for a Japanese staff member to visit your home with the cooperation of an agent, and help sort and organize your belongings before the move begins while viewing the actual condition of your room via video call such as Skype. We can also arrange for us to pack your belongings on the day of the move, with instructions given to us via video call, so please contact our dedicated coordinator for detailed plans.
